Refund policy

If C10ERA send you the wrong item or a damaged item we will send you a return label to have to be sent back.  Once we receive it we will send out the correct item.  If you ordered the wrong item we will make a decision, all returns must be done within 14 days.  All Hoodies, Women's Shirt, and Youth Shirts are final sales since those are made to order.
